Noob Needs Help

Hi i've just got back into bikes after quite a few years away, I've just bought a used Charge Blender but having a few issue. My last bike was rigid and had V-brakes so i'm a bit out of touch. I've manged to work out how to fit the front wheel which uses a Maxale. But both wheels when they spin seem to make a grinding sound is this to do with the disk brakes? Also the rear mech seems to be quite close to the spokes on the rear wheel. Any help gratefully received

Any photos of the back of the bike? A little grinding with discs is fairly normal, but to get it all running quietly you should be able to adjust the calliper (the bit with the pads in) to the side a little by loosening it, positioning it correctly and tightening everything back up

Looks pretty normal - just make sure you set your stops on the mech properly so you can't shift the chain off the top/bottom sprockets.
