I bought this bike 2 years ago for a trips to the Alps. It handled all the dh tracks there with ease, the 222 is still a top frame (and lighter than 223s), and forks wheels brakes all up to the job. Since then I've upgraded the bars to wide bars, replaced the cranks for strong external bb 2 piece jobbies, bought an XT shifter, and fitted a decent chain device.
Size is 15" and would suit riders up to around 5'10".
Bad points- the frame is scratched in places, and the fork stickers are looking tatty too. And the rear mech is getting tired so could do with replacing for sharper shifts (tho fine to use as-is). But still a decent reliable DH bike.
