Thats strange. Im sure when I left the forum the picture was showing. I had to edit the post myself to correct it.
The 55s are awesome. Literally cant fault them and Ive been riding them about 3 - 4 times a month for the past 18 months (depending on how much I get out on my downhill bike), occasionally more. Keep meaning to open them up to service them but never get around to it.
Friends around me talk about their amazing BOS this or Fox that but then have to keep stripping and repairing their forks. The 55's perform flawlessly week in week out and have needed no attention up to now.
Yep my 55's are over 2 now... still perfect.
Only stripped them down out of curiosity. The weight of the RC3ti is the only minor drawback.

As in, the weight compared to a similar travel coil or air fork? I dont actually know how they compare.
I know the 888 RC3 Ti are the lightest coil dh fork out there though... To be honest, its not like Ive ever picked up my bike and thought it was front end heavy or even heavy at all.
